Compensation

Here at Allstar Insurance Agency LLC, we ensure that our advisors are competitively compensated. Average advisors earn up to $30,000; above average advisors earn between $45,000 and $60,000; our top advisors earn more than $60,000.  Allstar’s compensation package enables its advisors to get a raise every month.

Requirements

• Solid work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Personable, outgoing and self-motivated
• Able to operate office equipment (phone, fax, computer, etc.)
• Possess or willing to obtain state insurance license (only takes about a month to get licensed)
  
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Hmong, Burmese, Thai and/or Mandarin)
